Sales! SALES!!  Selling a variety of products like new & used trailers, new & used truck beds, used trucks, new & used snowplows and salt spreaders, accessories and more!

Who are we? Rondo Enterprises, Inc. is a family owned and operated company. Our family and approximately 25 employees are here working on a daily basis. At our dealership, we sell trailers, truck beds, snowplows, used vehicles and more. We have 9 acres of products for you to explore and sell!

Who are you? You are motivated to help. You are a hard worker who will pitch in when and where you are needed. You can multitask and organize yourself.

Responsibilities (What you will be doing…)

  • You will actively close sales while providing exceptional customer services, all while becoming an important member of our team. We will teach you about the products but a winning, professional personality is required.
  • Greet customers as they arrive at the dealership.
  • Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease.
  • Answer questions and follow up on sales leads/ calls/ emails/ texts.
  • Educating customers on what we have: trailers, truck beds, plows, used trucks and more; and then matching the customers up to what will best suite their needs. 
  • Create estimates and invoices using Quickbooks.
  • Assist customers with checking out and trailer hookups
  •  Use strong negotiation skills to complete the sales process while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Bilingual is a plus but not required.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; an associates or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
  • Prior sales experience in a dealership or showroom setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision.
